I don't know much about this video, as it's description is written in some long-forgotten language, but from what I've been able to ascertain it appears that the actor (Tim Testar?) is attempting to prepare and consume breakfast items whilst having his arm movement manipulated by a Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulator (T.E.N.S.). Hilarity ensues.
